Collagen is an essential element for rejuvenation
Poly-L-lactic acid is a biocompatible and biodegradable synthetic polymer. Its mechanical properties and prolonged resorbability make this implant suitable for filling depressed skin areas. It is particularly indicated in the case of skin lesions linked to tissue aging or in the treatment of lipoatrophy.

Intervention
After cleansing and drying your skin, the aesthetic medicine expert will begin the treatment. The Scluptra® implantation protocol is very simple and lasts only 20 to 30 minutes on average per session. Local anesthesia of the areas to be treated will be performed before injecting the active compounds into the depressed areas of the deep dermis or into the subcutaneous layer. The treatment with Scluptra® will always be done gently by gradual delicate injections.
It is on average after 6 weeks that this long-lasting temporary injectable implant offers truly significant results. The positive effects last on average from 6 to 18 months without exceeding 24 months.
Scluptra® being a non-invasive technique, we do not observe any significant constraints, since the doses of active compound used are minimal and the needles used are ultrafine.
SIDE EFFECTS
Immediately after the procedure, superficial redness, bleeding, slight bruising may appear at the injection sites, or also small bumps, tenderness, pain or swelling. These undesirable effects last on average from 2 to 15 days. Any trace of intervention or aesthetic care is then imperceptible to others, pleasantly surprised by your newfound good looks.
