Reservation policies


    Please note that if you do not have an individual prescription at Innova Medic, you must schedule your appointment from 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. (Monday to Wednesday), 1:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. (Thursday), 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. (Friday) or 9:00 a.m. to 10 a.m. (Saturday). If you do not find an availability that suits you, or if you need assistance, contact us at 514-887-8877.

  • Missed or cancelled appointments

    The time allotted for an appointment is personally reserved for you according to the care to be provided. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. It is important to notify us 24 hours in advance, otherwise a $50 fee will be charged as a penalty. This reasonable notice period allows us to adjust our schedule to accommodate another patient waiting for an appointment.

    Therefore, when you book your appointment, you will be asked for your credit card number to finalize your reservation. It is important to note that no amount will be taken from your card unless you fail to provide the required 24-hour cancellation notice.

    We always make sure to send you a friendly reminder of your appointment by text 5 days before your appointment.

    Of course, we understand that there are sometimes special situations that force us to reschedule an appointment at the last minute. However, it is unlikely that this will happen every time you have an appointment with us.

  • Circulation in the clinic

    For safety and hygiene reasons, it is now forbidden to walk around the clinic towards the treatment rooms. Only scheduled patients have access to the care area.

  • Methods of payment

    All care must be paid for at the end of treatment. We accept cash and major credit cards (Visa, Master Card and Interac). Personal checks are not permitted.

  • Courtesy

    Respect for other patients and staff is required at all times. No aggression with or without verbal, psychological or physical violence is tolerated.
